We are actively recruiting a Regional AR ( Accounts Receivable ) Consultant to join our California East Bay Team. Territory covering -Greater San Francisco Bay (Antioch, Castro Valley, Concord, Hayward, Moraga, Oakland, Pleasant Hill, San Leandro, Walnut Creek)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee billing, collections and billing compliance for a group of facilities.

- Assist facilities fulfill the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Skills:

- Previous experience as an office manager in a skilled nursing facility

- Knowledge of billing and collections for skilled nursing facilities

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and knowledge of Point Click Care is a plus

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Required: 10+ years of Management experience preferred.
