RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in Saint Louis, MO.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts for our retail stores. In this role, you will be responsible for screening candidates and reviewing online applications to help us hire 300 new retail associates across our locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Screen Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit for retail associate roles


• Manage Applicant Flow: Sort through online applications for retail associate positions, ensuring candidates meet the basic qualifications and align with Company's mission


• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers


• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates on candidate pipelines


• Candidate Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS)


• Recruitment Metrics: Meet hiring goals by actively managing multiple requisitions and staying organized in a high-volume recruiting environment


• Candidate Communication: Ensure timely communication with all candidates to provide an excellent candidate experience from application to offer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume roles such as retail, customer service, or warehousing


• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards to manage candidate flow and source applicants

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
