Job Description:

• Manage the processing of sample packages and distribute collateral as required.


• Handle telephone inquiries and assist clients in the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service.


• Respond to inquiries regarding order status, sampling, stock availability, and price checks in the CRM system.


• Generate quotes for territory representatives and follow up on open orders, payments, and approvals.


• Maintain clear communication with clients about payment options and stock availability, and update the showroom account list for email marketing initiatives.


• Ensure prompt processing of incoming packages for territory distribution and support showroom events.


• Provide local sales support in the field when needed.
