Job Description:

Location: Rockville, MDPosition Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)Work Schedule: Full-time, on-siteHourly Wage: $22-24 (dependent on experience and skills)Position Overview:Ultimate Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator for a fantastic opportunity in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will be essential in maintaining the office's smooth and efficient operations. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and strong communication proficiency.Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle and direct incoming phone calls and emails

  • Offer general support to visitors and staff

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Maintain and update office records and databases

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Perform filing, photocopying, and scanning tasks

  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are advantageous

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
