Logistics Coordinator



Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to facilitate daily interactions with internal and external customers. This role involves maintaining service and sales order reports, processing staged orders, and coordinating with warehouses, freight carriers, and other necessary contacts to ensure timely and accurate shipments.


This is a Planner Role seeking past supply chain experience.


Candidates MUST provide skills in Excel, basic functions such as vlookups.

  Order Management: Manage service and sales orders to ensure same-day shipping when stock is available in local warehouses.

  Logistics Coordination: Prioritize logistics needs and communicate effectively with warehouse operations and the logistics team to meet delivery requirements.

  Process Adherence: Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with operating standards and service level agreements.


• 
  Effective Communication: Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while communicating with various individuals and groups.

• Experience with logistics, ERP, and warehouse-related software.
