The Opportunity
As a TGF operator with Aaron Oil, a Tradebe Company, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment in the TGF process area. You will also be responsible for producing the highest quality product at safe, maximum production. You will be responsible for controlling flow of materials and utilization of plant equipment and incoming and outgoing materials to ensure cost effectiveness.
Key Job Responsibilities
Plan and implement process production schedules so that both quality and efficiency can be achieved
Continuous process operations of boiler systems, oil process systems and TGF process systems
Follow all company policy and procedures including all Safety and Health requirements and all written processing procedures
Manage inventory to ensure the quality and consistency of all finished products to minimize investment risk and to ensure the company's goals of quality, customer satisfaction, & cost controls are achieved.
Transfer tanks as directed by the Plant Operations Manager for processing
Assist the Plant Operations Manager in maintaining plant supplies and repair parts so that efficiencies can be achieved
Communicate effectively with customers, department employees, and other departments so that risks are minimized, and efficiencies are achieved.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred • Related experience and/or training • Experience working an in industrial environment is preferred
