The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders for ready mix customers.
Requirements
Answers the phones and places new orders
Must be able to type 30-35 WPM
Call customers as needed for dispatchers
Responsible for total customer satisfaction
Speak to our customers in a positive and friendly manner
Answer customer's questions on concrete products
Minimum Education and Experience
High school degree or equivalent
Experience in the ready mix concrete industry and strong understanding of concrete, admixtures and aggregate
1-3 years of related experience using COMMAND data dispatch system
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong computer, phone and customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Willing to work various hours including overtime
Ability to maintain composure in all situations and not become defensive or irritated
Knowledge of the Northern Arizona and surrounding geographic area
