Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Assessments: Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations to assess the needs of clients struggling with behavioral health and SUD challenges.
  • Individualized Care Plans: Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans to ensure effective client care.
  • Counseling Services: Provide compassionate, client-centered therapy, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with a network of service providers and agencies to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
  • Discharge & Transition: Facilitate the transition planning process, ensuring clients are fully supported as they move through their care journey.
  • Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support during crises, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation, meeting organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Participation: Engage in case reviews, clinical presentations, and utilization reviews, contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.

Qualifications
  • Required Licenses: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC. Supervised positions are available for LGPC and LGADC candidates.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment settings is required.
  • Preferred: Experience working in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) is highly valued.
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to client care.
  • Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check.
