We are seeking a Project Specialist to play a crucial role in our pre-opening stages. The Project Specialist's responsibility will be to complete the night audit activities in the Opera project management system, ensuring the smooth transition of data to the next business date. You will also be the critical point of contact for addressing errors or issues with the vendor or internal resources for Opera Night Audit and integrations with CRS and the Sales and Catering platforms.
Position Responsibilities: • Complete Opera night audit globally for all hotels in the pre-opening stages. • Review integrations for Reserve and Sales & Catering platforms messages for errors. • Research errors and issues internally with vendors or internal resources. • Communicate with internal resources on status updates.
Must Haves: • 2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Night Audit roles • Experience in multiple hotels, locations, or brands
Preferred Skills: • Experience with Reserve, Opera PMS, and Envision
