Field Service Manager at Spectrum Staffing Services/HRStaffers Inc. in Montclair, New Jersey

Job Description:

• Organize and Manage field service team including hiring and delegating job tasks.
• Provide customers with post-sale technical support via phone and on-line.
• Schedule and assign field service calls, rebuilds, startups, training, etc.
• Manage testing and customer acceptance in-house or at the customer facility.
• Manage service call documentation and event summary reports.

• Technical education and 5 + years in a similar role are preferred.
• Prior experience managing equipment Field Service is required.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic ability required.
• Experience providing technical support to customers.
• Understanding of machine design concepts (mechanical, electrical, automation) highly desired.
• Proficient with mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLCs, industrial gas panels.
• Experienced in Microsoft office products (Word- Excel-Power Point).
• Must hold a valid driver's license and a valid passport.
• A willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
