Cranium Studio, a leading photography studio specializing in fashion, creative portraits, and commercial work, is looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Outreach: Assist with researching and contacting potential clients, brands, and agencies. Manage follow-up communications and ensure all inquiries are handled professionally.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, photoshoots, and calls. Manage studio calendars, ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and adjusted as needed.
  • Email Management: Assist with organizing and responding to emails from clients, partners, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update client and project information in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various tasks related to studio management, such as organizing files, preparing proposals, and helping with general office duties.
  • Project Coordination: Help manage timelines, task assignments, and client deliverables to ensure projects are on track.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Gmail) and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly).
  • Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn (experience with tools like HoneyBook, Trello, or similar is a plus).
  • Passion for the creative industry, with an interest in photography, fashion, or brand campaigns.
  • Previous experience in client-facing or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
