We are looking to hire a professional, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick-thinking individual who has strong communication, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to serve as CEO's Executive Assistant as well as assist with daily operations. This organization is a start-up aimed to support dentists at every stage of their careers, navigating them through the dental profession through resources, practice transitions, networking, job matching, etc.
About the Role:
Managing calendars and appointments
Formatting information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
Facilitating cross-channel communication from customers and employees
Helping to respond to emails and messages, and screen/ direct phone calls
Organize meetings and conferences and taking notes
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Assist with operational tasks as needed
Required Skills:
Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Proficient in Google Workspace

Pay range and compensation package:
$25/hr to $33/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
