Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Livermore, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, planning, procurement, and logistics management. They will also be responsible for conducting inspections and working closely with the team to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
Expeditor and Expediting skills
Experience in project management
Background in inspection and compliance regulations
Logistics management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
PMP certification is preferred
Experience with construction software, such as Procore or PlanGrid, is a plus
