Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Staff Tasks: Oversee and delegate tasks to office staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of duties.
Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and initial meetings are scheduled.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on the status of ongoing work and responding to inquiries promptly.
Google Reviews Management: Monitor and encourage clients to leave Google reviews, helping to maintain and enhance the company's online reputation.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections: Manage and track AR collections, ensuring timely payments and following up on outstanding invoices as necessary.
Website Updates: Coordinate and execute regular updates to the company website, ensuring content is current and reflects the services provided.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
