- Proficient in MS office and Excel
- Bachelor's degree
Plusses:
- CHR or THR or PHR
- Any benefits certifications
Day to Day:
- Benefits, retirements, open enrollment coming in Oct thru Dec.
- Financial investing and retirement systems
- Administering paperwork, reporting, etc.
- General interest in retirement plans from an HR perspective
- 401k plans, 457 plans
- Working on a team of 15 people
