As a Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Architect, you will be a key player in shaping Launch's Salesforce practice within the manufacturing sector. You will lead strategic solutioning and project delivery efforts specifically focused on Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud implementations. Your expertise will drive client engagements, pre-sales support, and the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that optimize manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
Client Solutions & Engagement:
Collaborate with Launch's Sales and Industry teams to design and deliver tailored Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions that drive measurable results for clients.
Lead client engagements, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure delivery excellence, technical innovation, and business alignment.
Provide thought leadership in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, guiding clients on best practices and future innovations.
Technical Leadership & Solution Design:
Architect Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions that optimize client manufacturing processes, connecting business needs to Salesforce platform capabilities.
Deliver hands-on technical leadership and provide expert-level guidance to development teams, ensuring the highest quality solutions.
Stay ahead of Salesforce product releases and enhancements, applying the latest tools and techniques to client projects.
Pre-Sales & Business Development:
Lead pre-sales activities for Manufacturing Cloud opportunities, including solution design, client presentations, and proposal development.
Partner with Sales to identify and grow new business opportunities, expanding Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud services and offerings.
Develop accelerators, templates, and assets to streamline delivery and enhance our Salesforce Studio's manufacturing focus.
Project Leadership & Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of Manufacturing Cloud projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of projects.
Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and delivering against commercial and financial targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a focus on Manufacturing Cloud architecture and delivery.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including business processes, challenges, and technology needs.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud implementations, with a deep knowledge of platform tools and technologies.
Expertise in architecting solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes in the manufacturing sector.
Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional (MCAP) is preferred
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

The anticipated base wage range for this role is $155,000 - $185,000.
