FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Production Planner for an exciting client. This company is known for the design and manufacture of high-quality, close-tolerance products to be used in the field, on the ocean, or on the launch pad!
So, what will you be doing as Production Planner?
-Create and distribute detailed production plans
-Determine and maintain stocking levels for raw materials and finished components
-Maintain and present KPI dashboards
-Identify production issues and recommend corrections
-Track sales forecasts and changes to demand
-Communicate with shop floor and maintain work center dispatches
What you will need to be successful:
-BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management
-3+ years of experience in production planning
-Direct experience in a manufacturing environment
-Experience with ERP systems
-Advanced experience with Excel, Power BI, and Python
-Strong sense of urgency
-Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization
Other things considered a plus:
-MBA
-CPIM certification
-Syteline, SAP
-Experience in a machining or fabrication environment
