Job Description:

Experience: 5+ Years

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer who has a passion for working across disciplines to turn early cutting- edge concepts and technologies into reality. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for circuit design, layout, bring-up and debug as part of prototype and concept development. You must be able to work with minimal guidance, demonstrate a high attention to detail, be partnership-oriented and possess strong problem- solving skills. You must be a self-starter, well-organized and have excellent communication skills.

  1. Partner with Design, Engineering and Research teams to identify and solve complex design and technological challenges.
  2. Specifying components, building schematics, completing board layouts, assembling, testing, debugging, and integrating designs into opto-electro-mechanical systems
  3. Collaborating in a team environment with cross-functional teams such system engineering, architecture, product design, , NPI and research. PCB design, Multi-Layer(NXP, TI, Qualcomm)
  4. Transforming vendor and internal reference designs into custom solutions
  5. Ability to execute multiple streams of work simultaneously and independently balance and prioritize project workload to ensure success against timeline constraints.


What You'll Be Doing:
  1. 4+ years of experience with system-level electrical design including circuit design, system bring-
  2. up, integration, and debug
  3. Experience in several of the following topics: low-power circuit design, DC/DC converters, power management methods, audio circuit design, high speed signals, and analog design
  4. Experience with microcontrollers, microprocessor digital circuit design and various
  5. communications protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, USB, MIPI CSI/DSI, I2S, LPDDR, SDIO etc.
  6. Experience with mixed-signal board-level design
  7. Hands-on experience with debugging and related equipment (Oscilloscope, Multimeters, Logic
  8. Analyzers, etc.)
  9. Strong collaborator, excellent communication skills with experience with cross-team and cross- geography collaboration
  10. Experience with design development from schematic capture, PCB layout through assembly
  11. Experience with Altium or Cadence design tools.


What We Are Looking For:

  1. 7+ years of end-to-end integrated product development experience, including early-stage conceptual design, detailed design for manufacturing and assembly, late-stage mass production experience, overseas manufacturing and assembly
  2. Experience leading a multidisciplinary product engineering team, with oversight into mechanical, electrical, and firmware workstreams and integration between disciplines
  3. Systems-level engineering experience with complex integrated electromechanical assemblies

Experience integrating RF technologies such as WIFI, BT, GPS, etc
  1. Experience with cameras and optical systems
  2. Experience leading and driving design development from schematic capture, PCB layout through


Qualifications
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
