The Process Technician Lead will oversee all production activities during the 3rd shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of plastic injection molding machines and related equipment. The role involves supervising production operators, coordinating job assignments, and troubleshooting machinery issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform start-ups, material set-ups, and regular visual inspections.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine and equipment alarms.
Lead and guide production operators, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and maintain process controls to ensure conformance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in injection molding with knowledge of parameters, materials, and process controls.
Supervisory experience with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of automation, pneumatics, mechanics, and hydraulics is a plus.
