Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily execution of installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. You will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to high-quality standards and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients to define project scope, address potential issues, and manage timelines.
Schedule and oversee materials, subcontractor crews, and vendors to ensure seamless job site operations.
Monitor and report on project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Handle project close-outs, warranty management, and final turnover tasks.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Spanish language (limited working proficiency minimum required)
2-3 years of project management experience within a trade company or general contractor (required).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
Comprehensive knowledge of exterior building materials (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) and their installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work.
Familiarity with general construction methods and local building codes.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Willingness to stay updated on new technologies, company systems, and industry trends.
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, crawling, or kneeling for inspections or site visits.
Tech-savvy with a capacity to quickly learn new systems.
