This role is responsible for the development of a meaningful sustainability strategy as it relates to the Interior Products Group (IPG), incorporating the overall corporate message, and applying a deep understanding of market expectations and requirements.
You will be responsible for assessing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the team's efficiencies and overall productivity to support our goal to lead in the market with our sustainability efforts and product innovation.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies for IPG that are aligned with the company's corporate vision and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Saint-Gobain EHS&S and ESG to present and deploy a consistent, and compelling message. Function as the IPG (externally facing) sustainability expert, train stake holders (Sales & Product Management) on sustainability requirements and become the driver of the movement.
Support all efforts to enhance the team's efficiency, productivity, and process optimization, leading with project management efforts in monday.com, along with tracking our NPD portfolio and innovation pipeline. Configure monday.com to fit the team's specific needs, including creating workspaces, boards, and templates tailored to the team's projects and workflows.
What do you bring?
A Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree or relevant certification ((e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in product management is required.
Continuous improvement roles (strongly preferred)
Business Acumen & Strategic Insights
Data Analysis & Synthesis- Ability to take large amounts of disparate data to derive insights and make decisions
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, ideally Monday.com experience is preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills / applications usage such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Sustainability - Knowledge of standards and best practices, in construction related programs and accreditations.
