Connell Foley LLP is seeking attorneys with at least 2 - 4 years of experience handling cybersecurity, privacy and incident response matters to join its fast-growing team.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and job qualifications:
Admission to practice law in New Jersey with excellent academic credentials;
2-4 years of experience specializing in incident response and knowledge of emerging privacy laws;
A sophisticated understanding of how web technologies work;
Ability and desire to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position and substantive area evolves;
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team;
Ability to develop new relationships and foster teamwork at all levels;
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and oral and written communication skills;
Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion;
Experience drafting and revising privacy notices, terms of service, incident response plans, information security policies and other data protection policies;
Willingness and desire to learn artificial intelligence integration;
