Your Job and the necessary skills to succeed:

The VP of Supply Chain will be responsible for leading Feetures sourcing, distribution, logistics and demand/supply planning operations. As a member of the senior leadership team, they will work closely with other business functions to ensure collective needs are known and met. The VP of Supply Chain will continuously measure and seek ways to improve systems, processes and performance to optimize business objectives for capacity, quality and delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of supply chain strategies and tactics that align with Feetures strategic objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the processes, tools and meetings to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Oversee distribution operations capacity planning, including oversight of the Feetures three -year distribution capacity roadmap.
  • Oversee distribution operations and collaborate with Operations Manager to maximize output and manage costs, while meeting Feetures quality and service level standards.
  • Lead our production capacity planning efforts, including oversight of the Feetures three- year production capacity roadmap.
  • Become the S&OP thought leader for the organization. Stay abreast of latest S&OP innovations and approaches and translate into applications.
  • Manage and measure supplier performance to optimize on time delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Identify and pursue strategies to reduce costs and improve supply management, material planning and control.
  • Manage and oversee the demand and supply planning teams and processes.
  • Oversee demand planning tools and look for ways to improve efficiencies with new or better use of our systems.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with inbound and outbound freight forwarders.
  • Manage and collaborate with Logistics team to reduce freight costs and transportation lead times.
  • Partner with senior leadership team on sustainability efforts related to supply chain management
  • Oversee Feetures Safety policies and distribution facilities management

Qualifications:
  • Educational experience to include bachelor's degree in operations/engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering and operations management
  • 7+ years proven success leading a team of individuals in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • In-depth understanding of strategic business goals and objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of sales, demand and supply planning.
  • Moderate understanding of financial planning.
  • Proven experience in process definition and implementation, as well as change management.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills across the organization.
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels, ranging from analysts to high-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, buy-in and commitment.
  • Understanding of Six-Sigma and Lean operations is a plus
  • Deep understanding of technology enablement and current technology tools.
  • Strong ability to lead teams and develop organizational talent.

Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays:
  • Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day-one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments, and sick days.
