As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. Acting as the main customer contact, you'll oversee cross-functional teams and guide projects from development through production.
Key Duties:
Collaborate with Sales to prepare project estimates and proposals.
Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing timelines and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor risks and issues, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
Mentor team members and improve internal processes.
Required Skills:
Experience managing large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and budgeting.
Knowledge of FDA/ISO 13485 standards for medical products.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in product development or manufacturing.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Project.
