About the Role:

Job description:
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and management of shipping and logistics paperwork for hardware shipments.
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of materials between Kuiper and Flextronics, MX.
Work closely with stakeholders to track and confirm shipment details, resolve any issues, and ensure all parties are informed of shipment status.
Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complies with company and industry standards.
Monitor shipment schedules and update relevant parties on any changes or delays.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication throughout the shipping process.
Support other procurement and logistics-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in the space or manufacturing industry is advantageous but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $52,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
