Our client is seeking to add an Auto Liability Claims Supervisor to their Georgia office. This person would be responsible for overseeing a team of Auto Liability Claims Examiners handling moderate to complex Liability and Physical Damage claims from inception to close. This will include managing and developing claims staff, training, approving reserves/settlements above examiners authority, and performance reviews.
Ensure the delivery of timely and efficient claims service through the daily supervision of the Auto Liability Examiners
Provide technical guidance to staff on claim investigation, reserving evaluation and resolution of claims
Review individual Examiner's work product and performance
Provide individual Examiner coaching and career development direction
Deliver timely performance management feedback and reviews to claims staff
Effectively control the use, work product and expenses of outside vendors
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:
5+ years of liability claims handling experience.
1 - 3+ years of Supervisor or Team Lead experience strongly desired
Active Adjuster's License
Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
College Degree highly preferred.
Salary/Benefits:
$80,000 to $100,000+ annually (Depending on Experience) + Annual Bonus
