Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives at LifeSci Capital. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team and requires a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key events.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects and reports as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the executive team and overall business operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the financial services or life sciences industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office technology and equipment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
