Responsibilities • Reviews proposed designs and architectures, identifying risks and providing remediation recommendations in line with established standards and the enterprise's overall architecture. • Deploys and maintains hyperconverged systems and solutions in a hybrid cloud environment. • SME for regional network engineering team to ensure reliability, performance, Cybersecurity. • Work with operations delivery management to ensure proper mapping of systems to services monitoring • Manages and supports Windows, Linux, AWS, & VMware infrastructure. • Administers and supports the backup and recovery infrastructure. • Administers and manages database systems ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. • Develops support plan with key IT stakeholders. • Manages services, incidents, and changes through request ticket management. • Provides on-call and after-hours support to address incidents, maintain infrastructure, and support operational efforts.
Skills • 5+ years of Information Technology experience (Required). • 5+ years o Network Technology experience (Required). • Network or Cyber Security Certification Preferred • STRONG Wireless, SD WAN and Firewalls experience • 2+ years of public and private cloud engineering experience (Required). • Strong experience with Linux and AWS (Required). • Database Mgt. Experience is a Huge Bonus • Solid understanding of information systems infrastructure and application capabilities. • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems. • Ability to communicate with internal and external constituents. • Demonstrated customer service skills.. • Experience collaboratively analyzing requirements, designing, and implementing technical solutions across both private and public cloud technology spectrums. • Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure involving significant differences in technologies, techniques, procedures, environmental factors, physical demands, or work situations.
