Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a School Director located in Allentown, PA at The Beauty Institute. The School Director will be responsible for delivering high level of training through recruiting and training exceptional team of educators. School director is empowered to achieve high level of annual outcomes: retention, licensing, and placement rates. Director is responsible for motivating educators as well as students, and for maintaining an efficient and smooth operations.

Educational Leadership and Training experience
Motivating and Coaching abilities
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowlegeable in cosmetology curriculum
Experience in the beauty or education industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field is a plus
