The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join a close-knit team, where you'll take charge of office administration and client communication.
In this role, you will:
Learn from top advisors and start spotting financial planning needs and solutions.
Prep for client meetings and get everything ready.
Be in the room for client meetings, taking notes and keeping track of next steps.
Follow up with clients to keep things moving smoothly.
We are looking for someone with:
A bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration.
5+ years of experience in a professional office setting.
A proven track record of exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks. Advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
