We are currently seeking a range of ISDA Negotiators for a large multinational investment bank.
Responsibilities
Negotiate ISDAs on behalf of funds, asset managers and insurance companies as part of an ISDA negotiation team within a large multinational bank.
Collaborate closely with credit team, in-house counsel, and institutional clients and provide market and institutional knowledge to internal stakeholders.
Provide documentation negotiation and support on repo and MRA agreements as well as other ancillary agreements concerning related transactions.
This opportunity is available on both a long-term contract and a permanent basis.
