Location: Delta, UT. With some travel to CA, and Paramus NJ for meetings
Duration: Direct hire
Salary: $180,000 - $190,000
Perdiem- Will be discussed on the interview
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute all aspects of contractual requirements for large-scale construction projects valued at over $50 million.
Provide on-site leadership and assume responsibility for assigned projects.
Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the framework of corporate policy and mission.
Supervise and coordinate construction management activities to ensure optimal field operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and A/E contracts.
Monitor and control construction activities through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Lead project strategy, planning, status, and progress meetings.
Maintain a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
A four-year degree in engineering or business, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Minimum of 15 years of construction management and/or supervisory experience.
Proven ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to enhance employee performance.
Comprehensive understanding of construction disciplines, union agreements, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering principles.
