Responsible for engineering design of HVAC systems. Performs design calculations and prepares equipment or material specifications.
Candidate to be familiar with the AE design process and specifications leading to construction documents using AutoCAD or Revit.
Applicant should have considerable experience in the design of education facilities, commercial office buildings, industrial buildings, and central chilled water and heating plants.
Must have initiative. Capable of technically managing mechanical designers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - This is not optional.
Experience: 3+ years experience. AutoCAD experience. Revit experience preferred
