We are looking to hire a Systems Analyst Assistant Manager for our fast-growing team!

Please note this role is on-site at our Waynesboro, VA location.

Systems Analyst Assistant Manager

What You’ll Have the Opportunity to Do:

• Be a part of overseeing the vendor relationships for products support by the Systems Analyst team.


• Ensuring member service expectations are in place and maintained by the team.


• Manage the Systems Analyst staff to ensure effectiveness and quality and timely service.


• Collaborate with multiple departments to determine required updates and needs.


• Develop and train staff and ensure cross training opportunities with Systems Analyst.


• Partners with DCCU leadership to learn best practices and successful techniques to adapt and apply to the Systems Analyst.


• Proactively identify efficiencies, guide staff in revising procedures to meet operational changes and needs.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• High school graduate.


• Work experience related to business systems, application and/or technology.


• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills.


• A professional attitude.


• Ability to problem solving and troubleshoot.


• Ability to work independently as well as the ability to collaborate.


• A drive for self-learning.


• Strong elicitation and facilitation skills.
