Engineering degree: Ideally chemical or mechanical
3-5 years process engineering in a production environment (ideally plastics)

Day to day:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for the support & optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment operations within an injection molding manufacturing environment. This key role has a direct impact on product quality, production capability, operating costs and overall safety through technical leadership and innovation. The Manufacturing Process Engineer works as a part of a cross functional team to achieve performance goals, and to drive continuous improvement throughout the process. The teams they will be working with daily are production and quality. They will be overseeing a total of 8 lines and will be data oriented solutions to find ways to optimize efficiency and quality of their non-woven products.
