Akkodis is recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer for a manufacturer in the West Melbourne, FL area. This is a direct hire position with a pay range of $80-$85K. The SMT Process Lead Engineer facilitates the completion of the day-to-day activities supporting the PCBA production line including shift guidance, PM's, cleaning, equipment set-up, equipment operation, programming/debug, and troubleshooting.
Program and debug Pick & Place equipment.
Perform daily PM's on equipment (including cleaning).
Monitors hourly and daily performance of production equipment and team members; develops and implements improvements to optimize process efficiency.
ODB++ programming
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum two (4) years' related experience.
