Job Description:
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents and understand all implied requirements.
- Possess strong communications skills, with proficiency with English language.
- Possess solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with geometric tolerances, and ability to use and understand precision measuring tools.
- Experience with calibration, dimensional inspection, document control, and quality management standards.
- Highly independent and motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
- Reliable work habits with a proven excellent attendance record.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- QA or QC professional with CMM experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of AS9100 and IS9001 standards preferred, NADCAP experience a plus.
- Experience with internal and external auditing processes preferred.
- Experience with supplier management a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
