Responsibilities
Work closely with the IPT Leadership, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deconflict priorities and resolve cross-IPT issues.
Collaborate with Product Owners to plan development increments and software builds, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
Lead the sprint kick-off meetings, daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Create and monitor sprit execution metrics such as burndown charts.
Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
US Citizenship required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.
5+ years' relevant engineering experience.
3+years' experience in a technical engineering lead position.
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
Experience guiding agile teams on how to use Agile/Scrum best practices.
Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, and automated test.
