We are seeking End User Support candidates to work onsite in Anaheim, CA. This position will support various office locations for our client.
Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.
This position is 5 days in office, hybrid will not be considered.
Skills/Experience:
Two years experience in a desktop support role position
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Remain calm in stressful situations
Be comfortable working will all levels of customers
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience using ticketing software
Experience using remote desktop tools
Experience with Active Directory and SCCM
Required Skills:
Technical troubleshooting skills
Hardware and software knowledge; understanding hardware and their components; operating systems; and software
Workable knowledge of Intune/ computer management software
