Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Covington, GA area that is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. The HR Generalist will manage the various facets of the human resources function within the organization. The HR Generalist will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all HR-related queries and issues. Job responsibilities will include recruiting, new hire paperwork, onboarding and offboarding of personnel, reporting, maintenance of employee files, administration of benefits, payroll processing, and wellness initiatives. Previous experience as the sole HR professional is preferred. Experience with ADP is a plus.
