About this Role

Agility Partners is seeking an experienced scrum master to join our dynamic team, to facilitate and coordinate scrum process within our organization to deliver quality and timely solutions. Additionally, you will support with triaging issues reported by end-users, identifying and planning for dependencies. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and effectively organizing our development backlog to align to our strategic goals, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a scrum master preferably in Asset Management industry.
  • An understanding of how data is used for client reporting would be beneficial
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or other similar tools, Agile methodologies / other frameworks e.g. Kanban, and running scrum ceremonies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Coach team members on Agile methodologies, promote continuous improvement practices, facilitate workshops and training sessions, and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment
