Job Description:
Scrum MasterLong term ContractLocation : Providence, Rhode Island, Boston,MA & Jersey City, NJRole and Responsibilities
- Manage each project's scope and timeline, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Skills
- 5+ years as a scrum master
- Must have experienced in Archer application (Risk modules) and Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Should have 3+ years' experience in KYC and AML
- Familiarity with software development using .NET, C# (coding may not be required, but understanding is necessary),
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Database understanding, primarily SQL Server, but anything else also ok if candidate is familiar
