The Billing and Compliance Administrator will be a key support in IT expense management, general operations, and audit excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing:
Analyze vendor invoices to establish the following:
Make recommendations for usage (overages or reductions)
Review for discrepancies and potential cost savings opportunities
Support overall budget recommendations
Resolve billing discrepancies
Collaborate with asset team to ensure orders and deliveries are timely and within budget
Support finance and accounting department in identifying assets in service
Route IT bills to the appropriate approver for payment
Audit Compliance:
Coordinate internal/external IT audits and assessments including monthly QC, quarterly review and annual review.
Organize, track, and ensure closure of audit requests
Prepare SOX review documents annually
Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
At least 1 year experience in billing administration is required
Strong organization and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel. Experience with data entry, formatting, and formulas required.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of urgency
