JOB DESCRIPTION:
Digital Analytics Expertise: Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools and platforms, particularly Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. This includes expertise in managing complex tagging setups and analyzing various digital performance measures across B2B and B2C channels.
Data Analysis and Insight Development: Strong analytical skills to interpret web analytics, site usage, performance metrics, and customer behavior. The ability to develop actionable insights and custom reports to inform business decisions and prioritize improvements is crucial.
Tag Management and Custom Events: Expertise in tag management, including setting up and managing custom tags and events. This also involves leveraging data layers to capture and analyze additional metrics effectively.
Customer Experience and eCommerce Metrics: Knowledge of eCommerce and customer experience metrics, including A/B testing, ROI, customer acquisition and retention, traffic, and conversion rates. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor approaches is also important for driving improvements.
