We are seeking highly experienced Senior Incident Managers with a strong background in the financial services industry. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring systems, identifying gaps, and resolving incidents to minimize business impact. As a key player, you will manage crises and communicate with executive-level stakeholders to ensure swift and effective incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues
Lead incident resolution and design data workarounds
Communicate complex issues clearly to senior leadership
Manage crises with a focus on minimizing risks and improving client experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in financial institutions (10+ years in incident management, 5+ years in the Wires domain)
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in crisis management and project management
24/5 availability for incident resolution
