Marcum Technology has an immediate opening for a Financial Solutions Consultant to support and implement Sage Intacct as well as third party applications within our Digital Advisory technology stack.
Must have experience working with Sage Intacct and an accounting background is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong combination of technical, presentation, communication, project management and client/vendor-facing skills.
Responsibilities and Objectives of the Role include
Assist clients with implementing and configuring Sage Intacct successfully along with other third-party applications that may be a part of the project.
Work on the project team to deliver successful implementations through the estimated go-live date.
Train end-users on Sage Intacct.
Provide support to our clients
Provide input and contribute to the development of processes and best practices with our team.
Coordinate with vendors for presale demos and other assistance where applicable
This role is expected to be ~70% billable and will participate in client implementation and support projects for our financial solutions practice.
Required Experience
1-2 years of experience working with Sage Intacct as a consultant or user
1+ years working in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, technical presentation, and organizational skills
Information Technology experience (Internal IT, Client Facing or Consulting).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience dealing with prospective clients at all levels
Accounting experience
Experience working with support ticketing systems such as ConnectWise.
Information technology consulting, support or training background
