About the Role

As a pivotal member of our behavioral health staffing and management team, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing IPC's marketing strategies. Reporting to the Vice President, this role will collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and Recruiting teams to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, SEO skills, and expertise across social media platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead content creation and strategy not only for IPC but also for our sister outpatient mental health practice.

The Marketing Manager will work onsite at our Overland Park, KS office and should be either local to the Kansas City area or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with IPC's business goals and drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Create content for both B2B and B2C audiences, particularly in the behavioral health space, promoting IPC as a thought leader in the industry.

Conference & Event Marketing:
  • Plan and manage marketing efforts for conferences, trade shows, and events, including pre-event promotion, on-site branding, and post-event follow-up.
  • Design marketing materials (flyers, business cards, swag, among others)
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure IPC's brand is well-represented and maximizes lead generation.

Content Development:
  • Content creation, including blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, videos, and social media posts, ensuring consistency with IPC's brand voice.
  • Develop SEO-optimized content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce targeted, informative content that engages prospective clients and partners.
  • Execute monthly communications plans, highlighting provider spotlights, industry trends, and program success stories.

Collaboration & Client Relations:
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Recruitment teams to ensure that marketing efforts support sales objectives and foster relationships with clients.
  • Develop campaigns to educate target audiences on behavioral health topics and IPC's service offerings, particularly for niche outpatient mental health practices.

Performance & Reporting:
  • Deliver regular reports to leadership, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies and providing insights on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Continuously optimize marketing workflows through CRM, automation, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Assist in refining the end-to-end client experience using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform IPC's strategies.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by leadership to support overall company goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Proven ability to create content and marketing materials that drive engagement and growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and email marketing.
  • SEO and WordPress experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Canva, and social media tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software like Monday.com is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to work independently.
