We are seeking a Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud expert to join our clients team at a large Telecom company in a b2b environment. In this role, you will leverage your 1-2 years of hands-on experience to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end customer acquisition and marketing journeys. You will be responsible for bridging the knowledge gap between our internal teams and Salesforce consultants, ensuring seamless integration within our tech stack, which includes Pardot/MC Account Engagement and Salesforce Data Cloud. A strong background in Salesforce configuration and Marketing Cloud, coupled with excellent consulting skills, will be essential as you assess client needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure timely project delivery. A Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is required, with a preference for those holding a Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
- Design and build end-to-end customer acquisition and marketing journeys, integrating within the tech stack.
- Lead and participate in Marketing Cloud implementation projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Pardot experience is a plus).
- Bridge the knowledge gap between the internal team and Salesforce consultants.
