As a Project Manager, you will shepherd projects from contract through completion, clarifying requirements, managing deadlines and budgets, maintaining communication between all team members, collaboratively finding solutions to issues, and ensuring we deliver solutions that meet our clients' objectives.
The perfect candidate will have past professional experience in project management with a proven track record of detailed project delivery within time and budget constraints. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver successful projects with a keen attention to detail
Work with the Account Coordinator, sales team and clients to outline project goals, deliverables.
Guide the project to ensure that strategic, key performance indicators & creative goals are met.
Create and manage project timelines, schedules and budgets.
Anticipate project issues (e.g. budget, resource availability) and proactively escalate as needed.
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to the team.
Monitor & report on site traffic and identify KPIs to ensure success of client campaigns.
Complete post-project/post-event reports to assess the results that were achieved.
Keep multiple project teams informed, motivated, and on track through strong organization
Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work easily with others.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure & short deadlines.
Lead and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
Develop solutions & estimate new project work with accuracy
Contribute to planning & brainstorming sessions prior to project approval.
Work with the team to complete RFPs, project scoping, and pricing estimates
Identify creative solutions that can satisfy client objectives when timing and budget are tight.
Present potential solutions and budgets to Sales Team or Clients for approval.
Assess and recommend which platforms should be utilized to create effective marketing campaigns.
Draft clear meeting agendas and accurate meeting notes
Schedule project tasks, due dates, and project completion deadlines with precision
Efficiently schedule and manage project meetings
Closely manage project team member deliverables
Carefully monitor project/campaign schedules and budgets
Build detailed project and client campaign report
Qualifications
2-3+ years of equivalent experience in project management
Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
Proven track record of successful project delivery in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
Experience in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Wordpress experience and experience managing multiple wordpress websites is a plus
Google Ads and Google Analytics knowledge and/or preferable experience
Facebook Ads and Business Manager knowledge and/or preferable experience
Google Suite experience (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides and Tasks)
Working knowledge of project management principles and practices
Experience with project management software such as Click-Up, Asuna, Trello, or other preferred
Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
Experience in Slack or similar platform preferred but not required
