Job Description:

JustinBradley's client, a multinational mass media and entertainment company, is seeking a Marketing Manager IV todrive brand partnerships that generate incremental revenue for the division. This person will collaborate closely with brand and retail marketing teams to develop pitch strategies that align with overarching marketing campaigns and maximize revenue potential. They will also oversee the entire pitch process, including coordinating meetings and calls with brands, to secure impactful partnerships as well as focus on partnerships that not only boost revenue but also enhance release date visibility and awareness.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for each assigned film that align with overall marketing campaign objectives, with a focus on revenue driving barter-based partnerships.
  • Take direct responsibility for securing revenue driving barter-based partnership deals, leading all pitching efforts including meetings and calls with brands and agencies. Collaborate with brand marketing to develop film-specific pitch materials, such as decks, sizzles, and promotional concepts, managing external vendors as needed.
  • Organize and lead brainstorming sessions for assigned films, driving the creation of promotional sales tools and ensuring that creative concepts are effectively developed to secure partnerships.
  • Attend weekly ad-hoc meetings as requested.
  • Works with various internal cross-functional teams to negotiate and finalize deal points including collaborating with the Theatrical Partnerships, Publicity, Consumer Products, social media, Legal and Sales.
  • Manages film-specific pitch and partner updates and implements into department reports.
  • Helps transition partnerships into execution phase and shares pertinent information with the execution team.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Liberal Arts preferred.
  • 6+ years previous entertainment marketing/sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of partnership marketing strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing blue chip level companies/brands.
  • Excellent relationship-management and written/verbal communication skills; demonstrated skills as a team-player possessing enthusiasm and a desire to take on increased responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, corporate entertainment environment, with the ability to learn internal processes quickly, along with the basics of who to engage with questions.
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects at any given time and to operate within an organization that conducts business across multiple time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, meet deadlines, and be resourceful/flexible, all while maintaining absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Previous marketing or publicity experience required.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports etc. for presentation to senior management.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with personnel of all levels and outside organizations in person and on the telephone.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
  • Must pay close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and problem solve (within scope of responsibilities.
  • Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must have excellent organizational and follow-through skills and be able to schedule work efficiently.
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently, have initiative and be a self-starter.
